Shipping & Returns


We offer shipping with tracking on all your purchases within the United States. Purchases over $100 are shipped for free.

All orders placed before noon PST Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within two business days of your order date from Davis, California.

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. To check the status of your order, log into your account to view your order history. 

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 23-December 24 have an extended return window. If you have a return it must be post-marked by January 14. All other exclusions and rules listed in our normal return policy apply (read below).

Returns & Exclusions

If you are not happy with your regular priced items, you may return them for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. This includes gift cards. If you purchased items using a gift card, we will reissue you a gift card in the amount of your refund.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, panties, bath/body, candles/diffusers, and hair accessories. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact.
Returns must be sent back utilizing the included return label. Please note that a $7.99 deduction will be applied for costs and fees. Should you return your item for an exchange, the return label fee will automatically be waived.

If you incurred shipping costs when ordering, your shipping charges are non-refundable when doing a return/exchange.

All items are checked prior to sending. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our store during business hours immediately for resolution.
